Q. How do I get to the Members area?
A. You can enter the Members area by entering your Shoppers Central ID# and Password in the spaces provided at the top of each page of your Shoppers Central website and clicking "Login".

Q. I can't remember my password. What do I do?
A. Click the "Forgot Password" link and type in the e-mail address that Shoppers Central has on file for you. Your password will be e-mailed to you immediately.

Q. I am a Free Member. How do I upgrade?
A. Use your Shoppers Central ID# and password to login to the Members area. Then click on the link that says, "Upgrade to Associate". Fill out the form, enter your credit card info and click the "submit" button.

Q. I don't have a credit card. Is there any other way that I can upgrade?
A. If you have a Pay Pal account you can send funds to our Pay Pal account which is paypal@ShoppersCentral.net. If you don't have a Pay Pal account you can get one here! If you have an E-Gold account you can send payments to our E-Gold account which is 582467 If you send payments by E-Gold you must also send us a copy of your confirmation from E-Gold. Q. If I join Shoppers Central and later decide that it's not for me, how can I cancel?
A. Simply login to the Members area and click "Edit Account Info" then click the "Downgrade / Cancel" link. This will allow you to instantly downgrade your account to Free Member or cancel you from the program.


Compensation Questions


Q. How much money can I really make by telling others about Shoppers Central?
A. That is up to you. Income is based on you referring others to shop at Shoppers Central or become Shoppers Central Associates. The more Members you refer and the more shopping occurs by your Members, the more you can earn.

Q. Where can I find the compensation plan?
A. A Link to the compensation plan can be found at the top page of every page in your marketing site.

Q. If I register as a free member and personally refer someone who becomes an Associate, do I make any money?
A. YES. As a Free Member, you will earn a Fast Start commission of $25.00 for each Shoppers Central Associate you refer. Please visit the Compensation Plan page for additional details.

Q. If I remain a free member, do I get to keep the Shoppers Central and Marketing Site?
A. YES.

Q. I am in desperate need of money. Shoppers Central looks like a fast way to get rich. Is it?
A. Shoppers Central is a business opportunity, NOT a get rich quick scheme. If you work the business the business will work for you. There are people who have earned checks for thousands of dollars after only a few weeks but this is not ordinary. It generally takes time and hard work to develop a successful business. If you need to earn additional income immediately you should consider taking a more traditional approach like seeking part time employment.

Q. When do I get paid?
A. Commissions are mailed on the 15th of each month. In cases where the 15th falls on a weekend, commissions are mailed on the next business day.

Q. I want to upgrade now, how do I make sales?
A. Once you become a Shoppers Central Associate you will receive a series of training lessons. These lessons give you tips on exactly how to promote your business.


Shopping Questions


Q. How do I find the Mall shopping area?
A. Simply login to your Members Area you will go to your mall by clicking the link that says "Shoppers Central Mall".

Q. . I clicked on a link in my Mall and went to a store. While shopping at this store I clicked on a link, which took me to another store. If I make a purchase at this other store, will I still receive a rebate?
A. No. Many of the stores in the Mall have affiliations with other stores, which are not affiliated with the Shoppers Central. In order to be eligible for a rebate you must link to a store directly from your Shoppers Central Mall.

Q. If I forget to use the link to a store from my Shoppers Central, but I forward my receipt to the Shoppers Central, am I still entitled to a rebate?
A. No. If you do not use the link, no purchase will be recorded under the Shoppers Central account and no rebate can be paid.

Q. What can I do as a Shoppers Central member to ensure I receive my rebate from my purchases at my Mall affiliate stores?
A. By following the these steps you can be certain of receiving your rebate for purchases made at your Mall: Always use a link posted at the Shoppers Central page or the Shoppers Central Merchant List to link to an affiliate store. Using this link ensures your order is coded with your unique shopping code and that your purchase is recorded properly.

Q. When will I receive my rebate for my purchases?
A. Rebates are paid on a monthly if your total rebate and commission totals at least $10.00 for US residents or $25.00 for members outside the USA.

Q. Are all items purchased at Shoppers Central eligible for a rebate?
A. No. View the store information on the Merchant List linked from Shoppers Central for items, which are not available for rebates. (Usually items such as prescription drugs and gift certificates are excluded from rebates.)

Q. How can I determine what the % amount of my rebate will be?
A. Rebate percentages are listed in your Shoppers Central mall next to each store in the category.
